What you need

- A float board that fits the container and has holes for net cups.
- Net cups and a growing medium.
- An air pump and air stone.
- Nutrient solution.
Set-up
Fill the container, add the nutrient, place the float board, then set the net cups in the holes and add the plants. Start the air pump so the solution is aerated.
